The "all carbon" panelled Caterham 7

This site is a diary of the build of a very special bodied Caterham 7, panelled completely in "Carbon-bits.com" carbon by Richard (RiF) for his wife Henrietta.

The following pages are also here as a reference for anyone building an all carbon Caterham Seven or just fitting some odd parts purchased from Carbon-bits.com

The build goes from a completely bare chassis, that is painted with an additional protection, through to panelling in carbon, installing dash, wings, suspension, diff, gearbox, engine and all accessories. All painstakingly coated with more protective paint, all joints sealed and finally the painting of parts in a really bright pink.

There are many pictures of different angles to give anyone thinking of installing the same panels, all the information needed to be used as a reference library. We are sorry for those that are bored by too many shots of the same part. 

Please note: I have gone to extreme lengths to seal all the seams, finish off every edge, comply with SVA regs, etc. If you are thinking of panelling in carbon you don't have to do all the work photographed here!!!!!!
