Installing the crash protection, final internal panels and fitting the side skins in place

RH side crash protection. Front panel cut in half to fit between cross member due to feet space

Mark holes on tape, drill, remove tape, rivet and continue 1 hole at a time

Seal around floor to side skins

Tank floor. Carbon and 10mm thick foam sandwich.

Pegged in place with a piece of L ally to spread the clamping load

Taped to protect against adhesive onto the good surface

Rubber U trim added by sill

Gluing outer half round panel in place. Tucked behind the front side skin, flush with back skin

Packed out to align rear panel joint. A piece of carbon will be bonded behind to give flush finish

The boot!!!! Looks nice doesn't it?
